职业技能视域下国贸专业学生核心素养提升策略

Strategies to Improve the Core Accomplishments of International Trade Majors from the Perspective of Vocational Skills

摘要 随着世界经济一体化进程的推进,国与国之间的经贸往来日趋频繁,这就使得国际经济与贸易(以下简称国贸)人才很快成为了“香饽饽”。近年来,全国各类高校争相开设国贸专业。文章分析了国贸专业学生就业的形势与问题,并提出以“职业期望”和“职业技能”为导向、“工学结合”、“以赛促教”、“综合实训+仿真模拟相结合”等策略来提升国贸学生的核心素养。 With the advancement of world economic integration,the economic and trade exchanges between countries become more and more frequent,which makes the talents of International Economy and Trade (hereinafter referred to as "International Trade") become the most sought-after.Therefore,in recent years,various colleges and universities across the country are competing to set up international trade majors.However,the strange phenomenon soon emerged: the "oversupply" of students majoring in international trade and the increasing demand for trade talents coexist year by year.We think deeply that the root cause of the imbalance between supply and demand is that some international trade majors have low core literacy,poor operational skills,and so on.Therefore,we must take "vocational expectations" and "vocational skills" as the guidance,forge international trade "gold class",and use "combination of engineering and learning","competition to promote teaching","comprehensive practical training + simulation combination" and other strategies to effectively improve international trade students' core qualities.
