中药外敷石膏固定疗法治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效观察

Effect of Combination of Chinese Herbal Ointment and Plaster Fixation Therapy on the Treatment of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia

目的探讨中药外敷石膏固定疗法治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法将120名乳腺增生患者随机分为两组,其中试验组60例,采用中药外敷石膏固定疗法;对照组60例,采用单纯中药外敷治疗,两组均联合使用红外线烤灯照射辅助治疗。分别在治疗的第4周末、8周末、12周末对患者的临床疗效作对比分析。结果在接受治疗的第4周末,试验组和对照组患者乳房疼痛程度、肿块直径及临床疗效差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),而第8周末和12末两组患者乳房疼痛程度、肿块直径及疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组疗效优于对照组。结论应用中药外敷石膏固定疗法治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效较好,可有效缓解乳腺局部疼痛及不适症状,减小局部肿块,值得进一步推广。

Objective To observe the effect of combination of herbal ointment and plaster fixation therapy on the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups.60 patients in treatment group were treated with herbal ointment and plaster fixation therapy.60 patients in control group were treated only with herbal ointment therapy.The two groups were all treated with infrared light.The clinical efficacy was compared after 4,8 and 12 week.Results There was no statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group after 4 weeks(P>0.05),but the comparison between the two groups after 8 weeks and 12 weeks was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of combination of herbal ointment and plaster fixation therapy on the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia is good,which can effectively relieve pain symptoms and reduce local lump.It is worth further studying and extending.
