高校辅导员思想政治教育话语权的困境与重构

The Dilemma and Reconstruction of College Counselors’ Right of Discourse in Ideological and Political Education

话语是辅导员开展思想政治教育工作的手段和载体,谁掌握了话语权,谁就占领了意识形态的主导权。提升辅导员话语权是维护高校意识形态安全的需要,是提升思想政治教育实效的途径,是网络快速发展的时代现状所驱。目前辅导员思想政治教育话语权存在中心地位弱化、话语能力不足和教育环境变化多重困境。如何破解困境,高校辅导员要从搭建网络平台、提高话语能力、提升人格魅力、转换话语方式四条路径重构思想政治教育话语权。

Discourse is the means and carrier for counselors to carry out ideological and political education.Whoever has the right of discourse will occupy the dominant power of ideology.Promoting counselors' right of discourse is the need to safeguard the ideological security of colleges and universities,the way to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education,and the driving force of the rapid development of the network.To overcome the multiple dilemmas of weakening central position,inadequate discourse ability and changing educational environment,college counselors should reconstruct the discourse power of ideological and political education through four ways: building a network platform,improving discourse ability,enhancing personality charm and changing discourse mode.
