毛细支气管炎患儿CK-MB、D-D水平表达及临床意义分析

Expression Levels and its Clinical Significance of CK-MB and D-D in Children Patients with Capillary Bronchiolitis

目的探讨毛细支气管炎患儿血清肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)、血浆D-二聚体(D-D)水平表达及临床意义。方法选取佛山市三水区妇幼保健院儿科2017年1月—2018年1月间收治的毛细支气管炎患儿80例,根据其病情严重程度分为重症组(n=15)和普通组(n=15),另选同期儿科门诊体检正常儿40例作为对照组,分别检测3组入院时及入院治疗7d后血清CK-MB和血浆D-D水平。结果入院时毛细支气管炎患儿血清CK-MB和血浆D-D检测水平均显著高于对照组,且重症组显著高于普通组(均P<0.05);入院治疗7d后这两个值检测水平较入院时均显著降低(均P<0.05)。结论毛细支气管炎患儿CK-MB水平有利于判断心肌损伤情况,D-D水平有利于判断血液循环高凝状态,二者检测有助于评估病情严重程度和监测治疗情况。

Objective To explore the expression levels and clinical significance of serum creatine kinase isoenzyme in(CK-MB) and plasma D-dimer(D-D)children patients with capillary bronchiolitis.Methods 80 cases of children patients with capillary bronchiolitis admitted to Pediatric Department of the hospital from January,2017 to January,2018 were selected.According to the disease severity,they were divided into severe group(n=15)and normal group(n=15).Another 40 patients under normal physical examination in Pediatric Outpatients were selected as control group.The levels of serum creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)and plasma D-dimer(D-D)were measured in the three groups at admission and 7d after treatment.Results At admission,the levels of serum CK-MB and plasma D-D in childrenpatients with capillary bronchiolitis were significantly higher than those in control group, and the levels in severe group were significantly higher than those in normal group(all P<0.05).After 7d treatment,the levels of CKMB and D -D in severe group and normal group of capillary bronchiolitis were significantly lower than those at admission(all P< 0.05).Conclusion The D-D level in children patients with capillary bronchiolitis is helpful to judge the hypercoagulable state of blood circulation,and the level of CK-MB is beneficial to judge the myocardial injury.The two tests are helpful to evaluate the disease severity and monitor the treatment.
