阶段需求差异匹配化心理支持在肝胆外科手术患者中的应用研究

Application of Phase Demand Difference Matching Psychological Support in Patients Undergoing Hepatobiliary Surgery

目的观察阶段需求差异匹配化心理支持在肝胆外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年2月—2018年8月行手术治疗的肝胆外科病例90例为研究观察样本,以随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)、试验组(45例),对照组由责任护士于发现其心理问题时进行语言安抚与疏导,试验组接受阶段需求差异匹配化心理支持干预,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组肝胆外科手术病例干预后焦虑抑郁评分值显著低于对照组,社会支持度评分值和配合良好率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用阶段需求差异匹配化心理支持对肝胆外科手术患者施加干预,可显著改善肝胆外科手术护理对象的焦虑抑郁情绪、提高社会支持度,获得更高的治疗配合率。

Objective The effect of different matched psychological support in patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery was observed.Methods 90 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from February,2017 to August,2018 were selected as observation samples.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group(45 cases)and experimental group(45 cases).In the control group,the responsible nurses were given language comfort and guidance when they found their psychological problems,and the experimental group accepted the psychological support intervention with different needs in the stage.The observation indexes of the two groups after the interventionwere compared.Results The scores of anxiety and depression after intervention were significantly lower in the trial group than those in the control group,and the score of social support and the rate of good coordination were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of stage difference matching psychological support on patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery can significantly improve the anxiety and depression mood of the nursing objects in hepatobiliary surgery,improve the degree of social support,and obtain a higher treatment cooperation rate.
