BISAP评分系统在急性胰腺炎患者护理中的应用分析

Application of BISAP Scoring System in Nursing Care of Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

目的分析BISAP(Bedside index for severity in AP)评分系统在急性胰腺炎(AP)患者护理中的应用。方法选取深圳市龙华区人民医院2017年2月—2018年6月间急性胰腺炎患者208例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组104例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上进行BISAP评分系统指导护理,对比分析两组患者恢复情况、心理状态及护理满意度。结果观察组恢复情况高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(96.15%)高于对照组(85.58%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BISAP评分系统应用于AP患者护理中,患者恢复情况得到提高,改善不良心理状态,提高护理满意度,值得借鉴,临床上值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application of BISAP(Bedside index for severity in AP)scoring system in nursing care of patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods 208 patients with acute pancreatitis in the hospital from February, 2017 to June, 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 104 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine nursing,while patients in observation group were given nursing under the guidance of BISAP scoring system on the basis of routine nursing.Results The recovery of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.15%)was higher than that of the control group(85.58%)with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of BISAP scoring system in the nursing of acute pancreatitis can improve the recovery of patients,improve the unhealthy psychological state and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worth learning from, and it is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
