摘要
目的观察循证护理带教法对儿科实习护士带教中评判性思维能力的影响。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月进入宁德市医院儿科实习的护士52名作为对照组(采取传统课程进行培训),同时选取2017年3月—2018年3月进入医院的儿科实习护士61名作为研究组(采取循证护理带教法进行培训),对护士的评判性思维量表评分进行记录比较。结果研究组在评判性思维量表中的每一项得分都明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对儿科实习护士进行循证护理带教,能够明显提高其评判性思维能力,可以在临床上推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing teaching method on critical thinking ability of pediatric intern nurses.Methods 52 pediatric intern nurses in the hospital from February,2015 to February,2016 were selected as the control group(training with evidence-based nursing teaching method),and 61 pediatric intern nurses in the hospital from March,2016 to March,2017 were selected as the research group(training with symptomatic nursing courses).The scores of critical thinking scale of nurses were recorded and compared.Results The scores of each item in the critical thinking scale of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing teaching of pediatric intern nurses can significantly increase their critical thinking ability.So it is worth clinical popularization.
