摘要
溜井被称为地下矿山的咽喉,在矿石运输系统中起着重要的作用,尤其是高溜井,同时担负着多个水平的矿石运输,所以高溜井的施工与管理也是备受关注。为解决高溜井施工及使用时遇到的问题,经过多年摸索,李楼铁矿形成了使用一次凿岩分段爆破施工高溜井的工艺,溜井爆破后,施工溜槽及格筛进行大块管理,安装挡墙及喷雾装置进行扬尘管理,通过爆破法进行溜井堵塞处理。并将此一系列工艺形成施工标准,通过此标准的实施,在确保安全和施工质量的前提下,加快了高溜井的施工进度;同时,也减少了使用事故及其对井下环境带来的不利影响,值得推广应用。
The chute is called the throat of the underground mine and plays an important role in the ore transportation system,especially the high chute,and is responsible for the transportation of multiple levels of ore.Therefore,the construction and management of the high chute is also of great concern.In order to solve the problems encountered in the construction and use of high chute,after many years of exploration,Lilou Iron Mine has formed a process of using a rock drilling and blasting construction to construct a high chute.After the blasting,the construction chute and the grid screen are managed in large blocks,and the installation block is installed.The wall and the spray device perform dust management and the clogging process is performed by the blasting method.This series of processes will form the construction standards.Through the implementation of this standard,the construction efficiency of high chute will be accelerated under the premise of ensuring safety and construction quality.At the same time,the accidents and their disadvantages to the underground environment will be reduced.Impact,worth promoting.
