摘要
为了解决破碎围岩大断面巷道支护的难题,以西山马兰矿南五下组煤辅助运输下山为研究对象,采用CQJG3型超高强度加固堵水材料实现对破碎围岩条件下巷道顶板的粘结加固作用,使破碎顶板有机粘结在一起,形成一个有机整体。现场应用结果表明,该支护技术有效解决了破碎围岩下大断面运输巷道施工、维护等难题,控制了巷道围岩变形,效果显著。该种支护方式为该矿井其他区域巷道支护提供一定借鉴意义。
In order to solve the problem of large-section roadway support in the broken surrounding rock,the coal-assisted transportation of the Nanwuxia Formation in the Xishan Malan Mine is taken as the research object,and the CQJG3 ultra-high-strength reinforced water-blocking material is used to achieve the adhesion of the roadway roof under the broken surrounding rock condition.The knot reinforcement acts to organically bond the broken top plates together to form an organic whole.The field application results show that the support technology effectively solves the problems of construction and maintenance of large section transportation roadway under broken surrounding rock,and controls the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway with remarkable effect.This kind of support method provides a certain reference for the roadway support in other areas of the mine.
