摘要
运用线路调查法与典型样方法对草湖湿地自然保护区植物资源进行了野外调查,采用Patrick丰富度指数( R )、Simpson多样性指数( D )、Shannon-wiener多样性指数( H )和Pielou均匀度指数( E )对植物群落多样性进行了研究。结果表明:10个样地中共有植物125种,隶属于47科104属,以草本植物为主;45个样方可划分20种植物群落类型,特征差异化明显;植物群落 R值为5.5~28,D值为0.612~0.929,H值为1.147~2.975,E 值为0.711~0.943;群丛XV (Ass. Broussonetia papyrifera - Rosa multiflora - Rumex acetosa + Cynodon dactylon )的 R和H 值最高,群丛XIV (Ass. Rosa multiflora - Imperata cylindrical + Geranium carolinianum)的D 值最高,群丛IX (Ass. Polygonum orientale + Polygonum aviculare )的 E 值最高,群丛XVII (Ass. Bidens pilosa)的R、H和D 值最小,群丛I (Ass. Bidens pilosa )的E值最小。研究结果旨在为保护区植物资源多样性保护和管理提供了科学依据和本底资料。
Based on route investigation and typical sample-plot survey,plant resources of Caohu Wetland Nature Reserve were investigated.The plant community diversity was studied by patrick richness index (R ),Simpson diversity index ( D ),Shannon-wiener diversity index ( H ) and pielou evenness index ( E ).There were 125 species of plants in 10 sample-plots,belonging to 104 genera and 47 families.Herbaceous plants account for the majority.45 quadrats could be divided into 20 plant community types with obvious differences in characteristics.R value of plant community was 5.5~28.D value was 0.612~0.929.H value was 1.147~2.975.E value was 0.711~0.943.R and H value of ASS.XV (Ass.Broussonetia papyrifera-Rosa multiflora-Rumex acetosa+Cynodon dactylon ) was the highest.D value of ASS.XIV (Ass.Rosa multiflora - Imperata cylindrical + Geranium carolinianum ) was the highest.E value of ASS.IX (Ass.Polygonum orientale + Polygonum aviculare ) was the highest.R,H and D value of ass.XVII (Ass.Bidens pilosa ) were the smallest.E value of ass.I (Ass.Bidens pilosa ) was the smallest.The results provide scientific basis and background information for the conservation and management of plant resources diversity in the nature reserve.
