石墨烯在沥青复合材料中的研究现状 被引量:14

摘要 将结构特殊、性能优异的二维碳纳米材料石墨烯应用于土木工程,可以全面提高工程材料性能,拓展石墨烯的应用领域。通过梳理近年来国内外土木工程领域石墨烯沥青复合材料研究现状和发展动态,发现在沥青中掺入石墨烯改善其路用性能,但缺乏相关研究,如石墨烯-沥青结构的精细表征、对石墨烯-沥青独特行为的微观作用机制、石墨烯-沥青及沥青混合料的关键行为特性变化规律、石墨烯-沥青复合材料体系。将石墨烯掺入70号沥青,采用宏观和微观的研究方法初步探索石墨烯沥青混合物。研究结果表明:石墨烯对沥青具有亲和性,能够被热沥青插层或剥离,形成以石墨烯片为基面的超分子结构;掺入石墨烯显著改善沥青行为特性尤其是低温性能。 Graphene was applied to civil engineering to improve properties of engineering material comprehensively and expand application fields,which is an advanced two-dimentional nano-carbon material and has special structure and excellent performance.Research status and development trend of graphene-asphalt composites in domestic and international civil engineering field were summarized in recent years.It is found that the incorporation of graphene into asphalt improves the road performance of the asphalt,but related researches are still rare,such as the fine characterization of graphene-asphalt structure,the microscopic action mechanism of graphene-asphalt unique behavior, the change law of key behavior characteristics of graphene asphalt and asphalt mixture,and the comprehensive systematic study on graphene-asphalt composite systems.Graphene was incorporated into 70# asphalt,and the grapheneasphalt mixture was explored by macroscopic and microscopic research methods.The research results show that graphene has an affinity for asphalt and can be intercalated or stripped by hot asphalt to form a supramolecular structure based on graphene sheets.The incorporation of graphene improves the behavior of asphalt significantly,especially the low temperature performance.
