摘要
分析了摩托车ABS塑料件涂装吸漆不良的产生原因和机理,从成型和涂装这两个工艺过程对预防方法进行了说明,分享了注塑成型、工艺、管理等方面预防吸漆产生的经验。
The causes and mechanism of the paint-absorbing defect of the coatings on motorcycle ABS plastic parts are described.Accordingly the prevention methods are explained in terms of molding and coating process.Meanwhile,the practical experiences of inhibiting the paint-absorbing defect through modification of the injection molding,process and management,etc.are given.
