末期病人的居家安宁照护发展探讨

简要阐述了居家安宁照护的正向理念与内涵,以及民众在宅往生之意愿和新加坡连氏基金会对全世界40个国家和地区"死亡品质"的调查,继之论述了国内外居家安宁发展现况,简明探讨了阻碍我国居家安宁照护推广的相关因素,并借鉴国外发展的先进经验,针对民众、医护人员的基础教育,居家安宁团队建设,政府政策支持及未来科技整合层面给予建议,为未来我国居家安宁照护的推动与发展提供参考,期望提升末期病人及家属对居家安宁照护的接受度,帮助末期病人可以返家持续得到照护以达成寿终正寝的愿望。

This paper briefly expounds the positive concept and connotation of home-based hospice care,as well as the willingness of the people to live in their homes and the investigation of the "quality of death" of the Lien's Foundation of Singapore in 40 countries and regions around the world.Then it discusses the current situation of home-based hospice care development at home and abroad,summarizes the relevant factors that hinder the development of home-based hospice care in China,and introduces the advanced experiences of foreign countries,which include the basic education for medical practitioners and the public,the construction of hospice care team,the support of government policy and the integration of science and technology in the future.It is hoped that the acceptance of home-based hospice care for end-of-life patients and their families will be enhanced,and that the end-of-life patients will be able to be discharged from hospital and receive continuous care at home until natural death.
