Opportunities and Challenges of Children’s Palliative Care in China

基于国内外儿童安宁疗护的现状,探讨我国儿童安宁疗护发展面临的机遇和挑战。成熟的国外经验、巨大的社会需求、必然的发展趋势给我国儿童安宁疗护发展带来了难得的机遇。但是,我国儿童安宁疗护发展同时面临着政策制度因素、公众认知因素、服务教育因素、资源配置因素等诸多挑战。为促进我国儿童安宁疗护工作发展,应在广泛借鉴国外丰富经验的基础上,有效结合我国实际情况,致力于提供符合我国国情的儿童安宁疗护服务。

This article explores the opportunities and challenges of children's palliative care in China from the review of the current situation of children's palliative care in domestic and aboard.Mature foreign experience,huge social needs,and inevitable development trends have brought rare opportunities for the development of children's palliative care in China.However,the development of children's palliative care in China is facing with challenges of policies and systems,public cognition,service and education,and resources and so on.In order to promote the development of children's palliative care in China,we should make efforts to provide children's palliative care services with Chinese characteristics on the basis of extensive learning from foreign rich experience and effectively combining with the actual situation of China.
