配子捐赠助孕中子代遗传来源的知情问题研究

Study on Informed Consent of Genetic Origin of Offspring in Gamete Donation for Assisted Reproduction

配子捐赠助孕的一个重要问题是后代是否应该被告知他们的遗传来源,如果被告知,又应被告知多少,什么时候以怎样的方式被告知最恰当。英国、瑞典、美国的相关指南都建议接受配子捐赠的夫妻在孩子早年就告知其事实,这将最大程度符合后代利益。中国国情不同于欧美发达国家,建议在配子捐赠助孕治疗前、同时及怀孕分娩后,充分让受捐夫妻了解后代知晓自己遗传来源的重要性,最好在适当时候告知后代其遗传来源。

An important issue of gamete donation for assisted reproduction is whether offspring should be informed of their genetic origins,how much should be informed if so,and when and how to be informed.Guidelines in Britain,Sweden and the United States recommend that couples receiving gamete donations inform their children of the facts at an early age,which will be in the best interests of the future generations.China's national conditions are different from those of developed countries in Europe and the United States.It is suggested that before the gamete donation,in the process of assisted production,and after pregnancy and delivery,the received couples should be fully informed and advised that the importance of disclosing genetic origin to their offspring,and it is better to inform their offspring of their genetic origin at an appropriate time.
