摘要
研究大型综合类医院中,老年患者在住院过程中可能诱发信息焦虑的接触点,为医疗机构提供可提升患者教育效果,改善医患沟通的实际落脚点。使用基于群体文化学的半参与式观察法,通过对老年住院患者群体的典型患者进行了为期8个月的跟踪调研。通过理解其在住院过程中的生活方式、价值观以及决策逻辑,总结出五类诱发老年住院患者信息焦虑的接触点:入院流程与导引类信息;用药信息与诊断信息;疾病科普类信息;体检与化验报告类信息;消费结算类信息。同时,分析了这些接触点形成的原因并针对每一类引发信息焦虑接触点分别提出了改进策略。
This paper investigates any possible touch points which may cause elderly inpatients information anxiety in large general hospitals,and to provide a practical foothold for medical institutions to improve the effectiveness of patient education and communication between doctors and patients.In this study,semi-participatory observation based on the ethnography is used to understand the life style,values and decision-making logic of one typical elderly inpatient in the process of hospitalization through the 8-month follow-up survey.Thus,five main touch points of information anxiety are summarized as follows: guidance information of admission process;medication and diagnostic information;medical science popularization information;physical examination and laboratory report information;information of medical expenses.At the same time,the reasons why these touch points could cause information anxiety are analyzed,and the realizable improvement strategies for each touch points are proposed.
