浙江省民众对遗体捐献的认知、态度及意愿调查

A Survey of the Cognition, Attitude and Willingness of the Residents in Zhejiang Province on the Donation of Remains

旨在了解浙江省居民对于遗体捐献的认知、态度和意愿现状及影响因素。采用自制调查问卷,随机分层抽样调查浙江省杭州市、宁波市等11个地区共1115人。结果显示,27.7%居民了解遗体捐献,69.8%居民不知道捐献接受机构,82.4%居民不了解捐献程序步骤;85.8%居民认为应该提倡遗体捐献工作;46.3%居民愿意百年之后捐献遗体。χ^2检验结果显示,影响居民遗体捐献率的因素包括性别、婚姻状况、职业、宗教信仰以及对遗体捐献相关知识的认知程度,浙江省居民遗体捐献意愿率总体呈中等水平。需加强民众遗体捐献知识教育,提高认知度,加强生死教育,营造捐献光荣的社会氛围。

The purpose of this study is to understand the status quo and influencing factors of residents' cognition,attitude and willingness for the remains donation of Zhejiang province.A self-made questionnaire is used to randomly survey 1 115 people in 11 regions including Hangzhou and Ningbo in Zhejiang province.The results showed that 27.7% of the residents know about the donation of the remains,69.8% of the residents do not know the donation receiving institutions,82.4% of the residents do not understand the donation procedure,85.8% of the residents believe that the donation should be promoted,46.3% of the residents are willing to donate the remains after death.The results of the χ^2 test show that the factors affecting the rate of donation of the residents include gender,marital status,occupation,religious beliefs and knowledge about the donation of the remains.In summary,the willingness rate of donation of residents in Zhejiang province is generally moderate.It is necessary to strengthen the knowledge and education of the remains donation of the residents',raise awareness,strengthen education on life and death,and create a glorious social atmosphere.
