摘要
作为新能源汽车的先行者,新能源客车在推广上相比乘用车、商用车来说具备独有的里程优势,各个新能源客车厂家不断根据国家政策、市场行情推出新型的新能源客车产品。为了能在最短周期内研制出高质量、可靠稳定的新能源汽车,传统的反复通过样机试验再方案优化进行设计的方式已经远远不能满足新能源客车设计的周期,因此,在研发环节引入先进的CAE仿真技术,来替代传统的反复使用物理样机验证方法,帮助工程师在汽车物理样机制造之前,就能够有效地评估多个供选方案,进行多个假设分析研究,预测车辆在实际驾驶情况下的性能,在前期就进行快速优化设计,以提高产品结构设计的效率和效果。
As the pioneer of new energy vehicles,new energy buses have unique mileage advantages compared with passenger cars and commercial vehicles in promotion.Various new energy buses manufacturers constantly launch new energy bus products according to national policies and market conditions.In order to develop new energy vehicles with high quality,reliability and stability in the shortest period,the traditional way of repeated prototype test and re-optimization design is far from meeting the cycle of new energy bus design.Therefore,advanced CAE simulation technology is introduced in the research and development process to replace the traditional repeated use of physical prototype verification method to help engineers in vehicle design.Before the prototyping machine is manufactured,many alternatives can be evaluated effectively,many hypothesis analysis and research can be carried out to predict the performance of vehicles under actual driving conditions,and rapid optimization design can be carried out in the early stage to improve the efficiency and effect of product structure design.
