摘要
随着客户对汽车品质的要求越来越高,NVH性能在开发过程中也越来越多被关注,其包括Noise(噪声)、Vibration(振动)和Harshness(声振粗糙度),它主要研究驾驶员或乘客对振动、噪音及舒适性的主观感受。文章以一款MPV车型为例,介绍运用LMSTest.Lab软件对变速器NVH问题进行测试分析,并结合测试结果,查明故障的激励源及传递路径,结合经验积累并提出可行的优化方案。
With customers' requirements on automobile quality becoming higher and higher,NVH performance has been paid more and more attention in the development process,including Noise,Vibration and Harshness.subjective perception of noise and comfort.Taking an MPV model as an example,this paper introduces the use of LMSTest.Lab software to test and analyze the transmission NVH problem,and combined with the test results,find out the fault excitation source and transmission path,combined with the accumulation of experience and put forward a feasible optimization plan.
