摘要
气室支架作为制动系统上重要的承载件,其可靠性直接决定整车制动系统的可靠性,而重型矿用自卸车一般作业环境恶劣,其对前轴的气室支架可靠性要求更高,文章基于有限元分析,对一种重型自卸车前轴的气室支架通过结构优化,提高其可靠性。
As the important bearing member of the brake system,the air chamber bracket directly determines the reliability of the whole vehicle brake system.While the heavy mining dump truck generally has a harsh working environment,and it needs the higher reliability to the front chamber air chamber bracket.In this paper,the reliability of a fornt axle chamber bracket for Wide-Heavy Vehicles is improved by finite element analysis and optimal design.
