某重卡SCR箱铝合金隔热板的优化改进

摘要 针对某重卡车型SCR箱铝合金隔热板在入库检验的过程中,发现类似产品件存在四周翘曲严重现象。整车装配间隙面差不均的风险较大。故进行该产品及类似件的追溯分析和整改措施,避免不合格品的再现。主要从产品的结构性、工艺参数的合理性、加工过程可能引起的风险点进行优化改进。其次利用CAE(Computer Assistant Engineer,计算机辅助工程)钣金冲压成形分析软件Auto Form4.0对优化前后的结构进行模拟分析,为产品的冲压过程提供客观理论依据。最终通过成形对比分析得出出现问题的原因,进而确保解决问题的方案的可行性。 During the warehousing inspection of SCR box Al-alloy heat insulation panel for a heavy truck,serious warpage around similar products was found.There is a greater risk of uneven clearance surface difference in vehicle assembly.Therefore,retrospective analysis and corrective measures shall be carried out for this product and similar parts to avoid the recurrence of unqualified products.Mainly from the product structure,the rationality of process parameters,the processing process may cause the risk of optimization and improvement.Secondly,CAE(Computer Assistant Engineer) sheet metal stamping analysis software AutoForm 4.0 is used to simulate and analyze the structure before and after optimization,providing objective theoretical basis for the stamping process of products.Finally,the causes of the problems were obtained through forming comparative analysis,thus ensuring the feasibility of the solutions to the problems.
