摘要 汽车开发过程中,为能减少整车重量,使有限材料发挥最大性能,往往会涉及到轻量化以及拓扑优化。在满足汽车开发设计目标的同时,对零件提出合适的轻量化指导方案,有利于汽车制造成本节约及减少能源消耗。某车企在某车型研发初期,对车辆整备质量目标定义较为严格,对各零件轻量化设计提出了较高的要求。下控制臂是汽车底盘重要零件,通过拓扑优化方法,将下控制臂作为设计变量,使用有限元软件进行拓扑仿真,根据拓扑云图,结合控制臂不同位置的截面尺寸进行研究分析,提出较好的结构设计方案。 In the process of automobile development,in order to reduce the weight of the vehicle and maximize the performance of limited materials,lightweight and topology optimization are often involved.In order to meet the goals of automobile development and design,In order to meet the goals of automobile development and design,it is beneficial to save the cost of automobile manufacturing and reduce the energy consumption.In the early stage of research and development of a car company,the definition of the vehicle preparation quality target is relatively strict,and the high requirements for the lightweight design of each part are put forward.The lower control arm is an important part of the chassis of the car.Through the topology optimization method,the lower control arm is used as a design variable,and the topology simulation is performed using finite element software.According to the topological cloud diagram,the cross-sectional dimensions of the different positions of the control arm are studied and analyzed.A better structural design scheme is proposed.
