汽车用飞轮电池充电控制方法研究

摘要 飞轮电池具有储能密度大、功率密度高、充电速度快、无污染等优点,为解决目前新能源汽车动力电池问题提供了新途径。针对高速飞轮电池用电机高效率、低损耗特性,文章以转速10000rpm、储能量20kW·h的飞轮电池作为研究背景,对该内定子外转子的开关磁通式飞轮电池充电控制方法进行了系统的研究。结合开关磁通永磁(FSPM)电机控制特性,建立了外转子FSPM电机数学模型,提出了基于电流指令的空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)充电控制方法,通过Matlab软件建立了充电控制仿真模型,仿真结果表明飞轮电机运行良好,能够实现恒转矩、恒功率充电。 Flywheel battery has the advantages of large energy storage and power density,fast charging speed and no pollution,which provides a new way to solve the current problem of new energy vehicle power battery.Aiming at the high efficiency and low loss characteristics of high speed flywheel battery motors,this paper takes the flywheel battery with the speed of 10000rpm and energy storage of 20kW·h as research background,systematically studies the charging control method of the inner stator outer rotor flux switching flywheel battery.Combined with the control characteristics of flux switching permanent magnet(FSPM) motor,the mathematical model of the outor rotor FSPM motor is established,and the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) charging control method based on current command is proposed.The method is established by Matlab.The charging control simulation result shows that the flywheel motor runs well and can achieve constant torque and constant power charging.
