摘要
客车车辆重心高、轮距窄,在紧急避让或高速超车易发生侧翻事故。建立三自由度名义模型,联立TruckSim非线性整车模型设计了基于横向动态载荷转移率预警系统和防侧翻系统,利用角阶跃工况联合仿真对设计系统进行验证。仿真结果表明:基于模糊PID控制能够有效改善客车行驶稳定性,降低客车侧翻风险。
The passenger car has a high center of gravity and a narrow track.It is prone to rollover accidents in emergency avoidance or high-speed overtaking.A three-degree-of-freedom nominal model was established.Combined with the nonli -near vehicle model of TruckSim,the warning system and the anti-rollover system based on the lateral dynamic load transfer rate were designed,The design system was verified by joint simulation of angular step conditions.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control can effectively improve the driving stability of passenger cars and reduce the risk of passen -ger rollover.
