摘要
文章对目前汽车生产企业面临的环保形势进行了分析,详细介绍VOCs排放控制措施,包括前端控制及末端处理。列举了目前几种主要的废气处理方式,重点介绍了"沸石转轮+RTO",并对废气浓度监测手段进行了描述。最终进行了总结,希望对相关行业有所借鉴和帮助。
In this paper,the current environmental protection situation faced by automobile manufactures is analyzed.The control measures of exhaust gas(VOCs) emission from spraying paint are introduced in detail,Including front-end control and end-processing.List several main waste gas treatment methods,the Adsorption-Wheel and RTO are mainly introduced,and the means of mearsuring exhaust gas concentration are described.Finally,it summarizes and hopes to provide some reference and help for related industries.
