摘要
汽车钣金就是汽车维修的一种方法,又叫冷做,如果车身外观受损变形,就需要钣金这个工序,汽车碰撞修复已经由原始的"砸焊拉补"发展成为二次制造装配。碰撞事故车辆的维修不再是简单的汽车钣金敲敲打打,修复的质量也不是单靠肉眼去观察车辆的外观缝隙,修复人员不但要了解车身技术参数和外观尺寸,更要掌握车身材料的特性,受力的特性传递车身变形趋势和受力点以及车身的生产工艺。如焊接工艺等等,在掌握这些知识点基础上,维修人员借助先进的测量工具,通过精准的车身三维测量,以及判断车身直接的间接的受损变形情况,制定出完整的车身修复方案,配合正确的车身修复方案,将车身各关键点恢恢复到原有位置。
Automobile sheet metal is a method of automobile maintenance,also known as cold work.If the appearance of the car body is damaged and deformed,the process of sheet metal is needed.Automobile crash repair has been developed from the original "smash welding and repair" to secondary manufacturing assembly.The repair of vehicle in collision accident is no longer a simple knocking of sheet metal,and the quality of repair is not to observe the appearance gap of vehicle only by naked eyes.Repairers should not only understand the technical parameters and appearance size of vehicle body,but also grasp the characteristics of body material,stress characteristics to transfer the trend of body deformation and stress points,as well as the production process of vehicle body.
