摘要
人工砂中的含泥量对混凝土单位用水量、含气量、抗压强度等有显著的影响。应通过各种措施减少人工砂的含泥量。如在砂石料场四周修筑排水沟,杜绝雨季泥水污染;将用料爆破区域的表面清理干净,剔除明显的含泥量大的爆破料、必要对开挖利用料冲洗;在保证水胶比不变的情况下,增加用水量及外加剂掺量等,以控制人工砂亚甲蓝MB值不超过1.4的设计要求,确保混凝土质量。
The mud content of the produced sand is of obvious influences on the unit water consumption,air content and compressive strength of concrete.As the mud content can be measured by the methylene blue (MB) value,the relationships between the MB value of the produced sand and the concrete performances are determined by experiments.The results show that the MB value of the produced sand should be controlled below 1.4 to ensure the concrete quality.Also,various measures should be taken to reduce the influences of the mud content,such as the construction of drainage ditches around the sand yard to prevent sludge pollution in rainy seasons,clearance of the surface of the blasting area,removal of the blasting materials with obvious high mud content,washing of the excavated materials when necessary,and increasing of the water content and admixture dosage with constant water-cement ratio.
