Application of the Hydropower Project Resettlement Management Information System in Souapiti Hydropower Project of Guinea

几内亚苏阿皮蒂水电站项目移民范围广、人口多、时间十分紧迫,工作由项目业主及几内亚政府相关部门牵头组织实施。鉴于相关部门办事效率低,传统的工作模式无法在下闸蓄水前完成,为此引入、完善了一套现代化移民管理信息系统,使整个移民过程的各阶段得到了规范、精细、科学地实施与管理,按计划顺利完成了移民任务。

As the resettlement work in Souapiti Hydropower Project of Guinea is of a wide range,a large population and a very urgent time requirement,it is jointly organized by the project owner and the relevant departments of Guinean government.However,the work cannot be accomplished with traditional working mode considering the low efficiency of the government departments.Thus,a modern management information system is adopted and improved for the resettlement work.With the system,all stages of the whole resettlement process are implemented and managed accurately and scientifically,and the resettlement work is accomplished successfully as planned.
