摘要 以纯中国标准和规范建设的几内亚苏阿皮蒂水电站首个水情水调自动化系统,推动了水文测验设施、信息采集传输、水文预报的现代化建设,为水库枢纽建设提供了有效的洪水预警预报,并将在运行期调节流域水能资源,减少电站弃水,为凯乐塔、苏阿皮蒂梯级电站的优化调度、运行管理提供科学决策依据,也为西非地区积累了可靠、准确的宝贵水文资料。 An automatic hydrological monitoring and regulation system is developed for Souapiti Hydropower Station using the Chinese standards and specifications,which promotes the technical progress of Guinea in the hydrological testing facilities,data acquisition and transmission and hydrological forecast.It provides effective flood forecast and early warning information for the project construction.During the operation period of the project,it can help to regulate the hydropower resources of the watershed and reduce the abandoned water,to provide scientific decision-making basis for the optimal dispatching and operation management of the Kaleta and Souapiti cascade stations,and also to accumulate reliable and accurate hydrological data for West Africa area.
