On the Construction and Production Technology Management of Hydropower Projects in Guinea

三峡集团中水对外公司2016年以PPP模式承接了苏阿皮蒂水电站工程项目的建设。针对当地特点和项目需要,在工程建设一体化管控、业务技术创新、运维技术管理等方面进行了积极探索与实践,取得了区域市场开发、全产业链覆盖的初步成效,促进了当地水利资源的开发利用和电力工业的快速发展,取得了显著的社会与经济效益。

In 2016,China International Water and Electric Corporation undertook the construction project of the Souapiti Hydropower Station of Guinea with the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode.Considering the local conditions and the project requirements,active exploration and practice have been carried out in the construction and production technology management,including the integrated management and control of the engineering construction,innovation in business technology,management of the operation and maintenance technology.Preliminary results are achieved in the regional development and the whole industry chain.Also,it promotes the utilization of local water resources and the rapid development of the power industry.Remarkable social and economic benefits are achieved.
