摘要
随着越来越多的中国企业走出国门开发国际市场,面对经济、技术薄弱的发展中国家,为便于管理,发包方多倾向于EPC总承包模式,而承包商将承担绝大多数的风险。以几内亚苏阿皮蒂水利枢纽项目为例,在投标阶段和签订合同阶段充分研究、识别风险点,采取有效的合同约束,规避、转移了项目实施期间的风险,为承包商带来了可观的回报。
Nowadays,more and more Chinese enterprises go abroad to develop the international market.In developing countries with weak economy and technology,the contract-issuing party tend to adopt the EPC general contracting mode for the ease of management,in which the contractors will bear the most risks.In this paper,we introduce the management practice of the major risk points in the EPC general contracting of Souapiti Hydropower Project of Guinea.In the bidding and contract signing stages,major risk points are fully studied and identified.Then,effective contract conditions are adopted to avoid and transfer the risks during the project implementation period,which brings considerable returns to the contractors.
