摘要
采用浸渍法制备MnOx/AC催化剂,考察了不同的锰前驱体、催化剂焙烧温度、锰氧化物负载量等对催化剂脱硝活性的影响,并通过H2-TPR对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,以KMnO4为锰前驱体,锰氧化物负载量为20%,400℃焙烧温度制得的催化剂具有最佳吸附脱硝性能。在180℃时,最大脱硝率在99%以上,通气120min后脱硝率仍在80%以上。
The MnOx/AC catalyst was prepared by the equal volume impregnation method.The effects of manganese precursor,catalyst calcination temperature and loading on denitrification activity were investigated.The catalyst was characterized by H2-TPR.The results show that the catalyst with KMnO4 as the precursor of manganese,with the loading Mn by 20%(wt.%) and calcination at 400 ℃ has the best adsorption and denitrification performance.At 180 ℃,the maximum denitrification rate is above 99%,and still above 80% after 120 minutes of reaction.
