摘要
酸雨环境下混凝土构件的承载力具有较大的退化性,导致建筑腐蚀性较大,构建强酸雨环境下建筑抗酸腐蚀设计模型,以结构承载力和耐久性为分析对象指标参数,以完全浸泡、人工降雨等腐蚀方法模拟强酸雨环境下建筑抗酸腐蚀演化特征,构建强酸雨环境下建筑构件的开裂荷载、极限承载等力学模型,采用超声方法测试强酸雨环境下建筑构件的损伤厚度和抗压强度,根据参数模拟结果实现强酸雨环境下建筑抗酸腐蚀设计,通过对建筑砌体抗压试验测试分析方法进行强酸雨环境下建筑抗酸腐蚀性能测试。
The bearing capacity of concrete members in acid rain environment has great degradation,which leads to great corrosion of buildings.The design model of acid corrosion resistance of buildings under strong acid rain environment is constructed,and the structural bearing capacity and durability analysis object parameters are used to fully immerse.Artificial rain and other corrosion methods are used to simulate the evolution characteristics of building acid-resistant corrosion in strong acid rain environment,and the mechanical models such as cracking load and ultimate bearing capacity of building members under strong acid rain environment are constructed.The damage thickness and compressive strength of building members in strong acid rain environment were measured by ultrasonic method.According to the result of parameter simulation,the acid-resistant corrosion design of building under strong acid rain environment was realized.The acid corrosion resistance of building under strong acid rain was tested by building masonry compression test.The study shows that the model can accurately analyze the corrosion process of buildings under the strong acid rain environment.
