金融支持与区域绿色发展的耦合分析研究——以江西省为例

Coupling Analysis on Financial Support and Green Development——Jiangxi Province

金融支持在绿色发展中起着重要的推动作用。以江西省为例,构建指标体系分析了各地市绿色发展、金融支持的现状和问题,采用固定效应的变系数模型研究了金融支持与区域绿色发展的耦合关系。研究发现金融支持与区域绿色发展的耦合具有显著的空间异质特征,金融资源存在错配现象,金融发展较好的地区,金融支持对绿色发展的贡献偏低。为促进金融业与区域绿色发展的深度融合,建议从统筹绿色金融的规划和布局、发挥区域比较优势和产业后发优势、培育和完善绿色金融市场并加强金融风险防控等方面优化金融服务,促进区域绿色发展。

Financial support plays an important role in promoting local economic transformation and upgrading.It is of great significance to study how finance supports regional green development.Taking the cities of Jiangxi province as an example,the paper first constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system to quantify and analyze the current situation and existing problems of green development and financial support in various cities.The correlation between the financial industry and the regional green development were analyzed and a fixed effect panel econometric model is used to measure the marginal effect of financial support for regional green development.Finally,it puts forward the strategy of financial support for regional green development.It shows that different green degree of financial industry has different effect in local economic support.In order to improve the effect of the green development of the financial support,it is suggested to adopt the green financial support strategy of overall planning,local conditions,supplement of short board,system innovation and supervision evaluation.
