摘要 为了满足带式输送机安全可靠、节能环保的运行需要,针对现有带式输送机综合保护系统存在检测和控制功能不全、不方便扩展、传输可靠性差等问题,其上位机软件存在针对性不强、缺乏实时性、代码效率不高等不足,提出了一种基于以太网的带式输送机监控系统及上位机软件的设计方案,实现了对带式输送机状态检测和控制、历史数据存储归档、查看历史数据和视频监控等功能。采用 C# Winform 设计了带式输送机监控系统的软件,制定了上位机与监控终端和网络电话的通信协议,并编写了网络通信软件,实验结果表明,该软件实现了利用工业以太环网上位机与监控终端和网络电话的通信,对带式输送机堆煤、温度、速度、跑偏、烟雾、急停等运行状态的检测和喷淋喷雾、纠偏、制动等远程控制以及视频监控,具有功能强、组网和扩展方便、控制灵活、可靠性高等优点,可广泛用于带式输送机的监控。 In order to meet the safety and reliability of belt conveyor,energy saving and environmental protection,the existing integrated protection system of belt conveyor has problems such as incomplete detection and control function,inconvenient expansion and poor transmission reliability.The software of the upper computer has insufficient pertinence,lack of real-time,and low code efficiency.A design scheme of the belt conveyor monitoring system based on Ethernet and the design of the host computer software was proposed,which presented to realize the function of the belt conveyor status detection and control,storing and archiving historical data,viewing historical data and video monitoring.The software of the belt conveyor monitoring system was designed using C# Winform,the communication protocol between the host computer and the monitoring terminal and the network telephone was established,and the network communication software was written.The experimental results show that the software can achieve the communication between host computer and the monitoring terminal and the network telephone using the industrial Ethernet ring network,the detection of the operation state of the belt conveyor,such as coal heap,temperature,speed,running deviation,smog,emergency stop and so on,and the remote control of spray,rectify deviation and braking,as well as video monitoring,which can be widely used in belt conveyor monitoring with the advantages of strong function,convenient networking and expansion,flexible control and high reliability.
