摘要 针对我国燃煤电站对烟气流速实时测量的需求,深入研究了静电传感器的结构和速度场超分辨率重建方法,并结合LabVIEW的多板卡同步采集和实时处理技术,完成了速度场实时监测系统的开发。该测量系统可以实现SCR入口烟气流速的实时测量,并通过超分辨率重建算法实现速度场的实时重建和显示。利用优化后的静电传感器对电厂烟气的局部流速进行了测量,与皮托管相比,绝对误差小于0.36 m/s,标准差小于0.30 m/s。同时,利用现场实测数据模拟了SCR入口速度场的实时测量,重建的速度场与冷模试验速度场基本吻合。因此,该系统可实现SCR入口烟气速度场的实时测量。 In view of the demand for real-time measurement of flue gas velocity in coal-fired power plant,the structure of electrostatic sensor and super-resolution reconstruction method of velocity field were deeply studied.Combined with simultaneous acquisition of multi board and real-time processing technology of LabVIEW,a real-time monitoring system for the speed field was designed.The system can measure flue gas velocity at SCR inlet in real time,and achieve real-time reconstruction and display of velocity field by super resolution reconstruction algorithm.The optimized electrostatic sensor was used to measure the local velocity of flue gas in the power plant.Compared with the pitot tube,the absolute error was less than 0.36 m/s,and the standard deviationwas less than 0.30 m/s.Real-time measurement of velocity field at SCR entry was simulated by in-situ measured data,and the velocity field reconstructed was basically consistent with the velocity field of cold model experiment.Therefore,the system can achieve real-time measurement of flue gas velocity field at SCR inlet.
