摘要 在对电池盒塑件的精度要求和结构工艺性分析的基础上,利用UG NX 10.0建立塑件三维模型的基础上,借助其Mold Wizard注塑模向导模块设计了电池盒注塑模具。为降低型芯、型腔加工制造难度,优化设计型芯结构,采用整体式镶拼型芯结构,解决了塑件上多处方孔、开槽、安装孔的成型问题,从而降低了模具制造成本;为简化模具结构、提高生产效率,合理选择分型面,型腔布局设计为一模两腔平衡式布置;设计潜伏式浇口,避免塑件形成浇点,提高了塑件的表面质量。最后,利用UG数控加工模块,生成G代码,仿真了主要零件加工过程。 On the basis of the analysis of the precision requirements and structure technology of the battery box plastic parts,the three-dimensional model of the plastic parts was established by UG NX 10.0,and the battery box injection mold was designed by using its mold wizard injection mold module. In order to reduce the difficulty of core and cavity processing and manufacturing,the core structure is optimized. The integrated core structure is adopted to solve the molding problem of multi-prescription holes,grooving and mounting holes on the plastic parts,thus reducing the cost of mold manufacturing. In order to simplify the mold structure,improve production efficiency,and rationally choose the parting surface,the cavity layout is designed as a balanced layout with one module and two cavities. The latent gate is designed to avoid the forming of the casting site and improve the surface quality of the plastic parts. Finally,using the UG NC machining module,G code is generated and the process of machining the main parts is simulated.
