一种新型夹具定位误差测量仪的设计

摘要 针对实践教学中实验数据测量不精确的问题,设计出了一种新型的夹具定位误差测量仪。介绍了测量仪的基本组成和工作原理,分析了仪器中微动装置的设计,并对凸轮机构的设计过程进行了详细的分析。实验结果表明该仪器具有测量精确、稳定性好、操作简便、实验效率高等特点。 According to experimental data measurement inaccuracy problem in the practice teaching,a new type of fixture locating error of measuring instrument is designed. The measurement instrument of the working principle and basic composition is analyzed. Meanwhile,the instrument of micro device and the design process of the CAM mechanism are introduced. The advantage of instrument is measuring precision,good stability,convenient operation and high experimental efficiency.
