AMESim仿真技术在电气转换器中的应用

摘要 通过仿真平台AMESim对电气转换器中排气阀节流口过流面积对电气转换器定位性能的影响进行了试验研究,分析了排气阀节流口尺寸大小与其动作特性的关系。试验结果表明,减小排气阀出口处节流孔过流面积,有助于提高排气阀的灵敏度,减小气动执行机构振荡、无法定位等现象,提高电气转换器的精度。AMESim图形化的建模方法,简便、直观、仿真精度高,仿真结果与实验结果基本一致。 The relationship between the size of exhaust valve throttle port and its operating characteristics is analyzed through the experimental study of the effect of exhaust valve throttle area on the positioning performance of the electrical converter based on the simulation platform AMESim. The experimental results show that reducing the over-flow area of the throttle hole at the outlet of the exhaust valve is helpful to improve the sensitivity of the exhaust valve, reduce the oscillation of the pneumatic actuator, and improve the precision of the electrical converter. It is simple, intuitive and accurate. The simulation results are basically consistent with the experimental results.
