摘要
对燃油喷射时刻与发动机污染物排放间的关系进行研究,借助数学实验方法解决动态压力问题,建立喷油模型,运用MATLAB软件对热传量进行分析计算,根据气体状态方程建立解百纳喷油脉宽数学模型,仿真发动机电控汽油喷射系统的初始喷油MAP图。仿真得出的MAP图与实测喷油及点火MAP进行对比,实验结果与理论分析一致。适当提前时刻能降低发动机CO与HC的排放。
To study the relationship between fuel injection time and engine pollutant emission, the dynamic pressure problem was solved by mathematical experiment method,the injection model was established,and the heat transfer was analyzed and calculated by MATLAB software. A mathematical model of cabernet injection pulse width is established according to the gas state equation,and the initial injection MAP diagram of the electronically controlled gasoline injection system of the engine is given. The simulated MAP diagram was compared with the measured fuel injection and ignition MAP,and the experimental results were consistent with the theoretical analysis,proper advance time can reduce the emission of CO and HC.
