摘要 自来水生产是关系到国计民生的关键基础产业之一。随着工业自动化技术的快速发展,将自动控制应用于净水厂自来水生产中,不仅可以提高企业的自动化水平、降低劳动生产强度,更可以提高净水企业的生产效率、水质合格率、以及生产稳定性。针对净水厂生产工艺的特点及需求,开发了基于WinCC的可实现全厂生产运行监控的上位机集中监控系统,通过工业以太网与多套基于西门子S7-300系列PLC的自控系统进行通信链接,实现了对整个净水厂的全局集中自动控制。运用自动化控制系统集中监测并记录各工艺节点的传感数据,协调控制各工艺车间的运行,对运行状态做出实时响应调节,保证了净水厂生产的高效安全,运行的稳定可靠。 Water purification is one of the key industries related to the national economy and people’ s livelihood. With the rapid development of industrial production automation level, the application of automation control in water purification plants can not only improve the automation level of enterprises, reduce the intensity of labor production, but also improve the production efficiency, water quality and production stability. Based on the characteristics and requirements of the water purification process, using WinCC a centralized monitoring system was developed, which can realize the whole operation monitoring, and communicates with multiple sets of automatic control systems through industrial Ethernet based on the Siemens S7-300 series PLC. The automatic control system is used to centrally monitor and record the sensor data of each process, coordinately control the operation, and make real-time response adjustment to the operating state, ensuring the efficient and safe production of the water purification plant, and the operation is stable and reliable.
