摘要
针对18502工作面粉尘治理难题,提出采用自动喷雾降尘系统并辅以采煤机二次负压喷雾降尘器来治理工作面煤尘,结果显示,通过该煤尘治理方案的实施,工作面全尘浓度降低76.5%~91.7%,呼尘浓度降低81.1%~93.9%,有效地解决了工作面粉尘治理难题,改善了职工作业环境。
In view of the problem of dust control in the 18502 working face, it is proposed to adopt automatic spray dust suppression system and auxiliary coal shearer two times negative pressure spray dust remover to control coal dust in working face. The results show that through the implementation of the coal dust control scheme,the total dust concentration of working face drops 76.5%~91.7% and dust concentration decreases by81.1%~93.9%,effectively solved the problem of dust control in working face and improved the working environment of workers.
