摘要 城市轨道交通车辆运行里程数或运行时间达到规定值时,需开展架修修程,以恢复车辆综合性能。在班组层面探讨架修生产组织优化方法,首先阐述了车辆架修生产组织的基本流程,选取最具生产线特征的转向架架修工序,分析边界条件和可能的限制因素,通过对工序的解析和生产现场条件调查,将转向架架修工序分解为12道最小的不可分割的子工序,梳理了每道工序需用的最少人员和该条件下的作业时间,结合每日工作时间的安排,将人员进行了合理分组,对各道工序的组织进行了编排,最终实现了每天组装完成2个转向架的生产目标。 When the number of kilometers or running time of urban rail transit vehicles reaches the prescribed value, it is necessary to carry out overhaul to restore the comprehensive performance of vehicles. The optimization method of production organization of frame repair at the team level is discussed. Firstly,the basic process of production organization of vehicle frame repair is expounded. the bogie repair process with the most production line characteristics is selected, the boundary conditions and possible restrictive factors are analyzed. Through the analysis of the process and the investigation of the production site conditions,the bogie repair process is decomposed into 12 minimum and indivisible sub-processes. It combs the minimum personnel needed in each process and the working time under this condition. Combining with the daily working time arrangement, the personnel are rationally grouped and the organization of each process is optimized. Finally, the production target of assembling and completing two bogies per day is achieved.
