摘要
价值共享概念发起于经济学研究,随着“价值”意义的扩充和“共建共享”社会治理格局的提出,工业遗产更新改造也承担起为城市提供共享空间的责任。文章通过对德国汉堡港口新城案例的深入调研分析,试图解读弹性盈利、立足社会、建立集群这3种实现价值共享的方式是推动空间共享,并进一步实现工业遗产双重价值的全民共享的方法,希望以此对我国未来的工业遗产更新中的共享空间营造提供可借鉴的依据。
The concept of value sharing was initiated in economics research. With the expansion of the meaning of "value" as well as the proposal of social governance of "coconstruction and sharing", the renewal and transformation of industrial heritage also assumed the responsibility of providing shared space for the city. Through in-depth research and analysis of the Hafen City in Hamburg, this study attempts to interpret the three ways of value sharing, such as flexible profitability, social concern, and cluster development, trying to explain how to promote space sharing, and further to realize the sharing of the dual value of industrial heritage. In this way, it hopes to provide reference for the creation of shared space in China's future industrial heritage regeneration projects.
