摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记针对防范化解重大风险和防灾减灾救灾工作提出了一系列重要论述。提高自然灾害防治能力、做好防灾减灾救灾工作是防范化解重大风险的重要任务。做好气象防灾减灾救灾工作,对于防范化解重大风险具有重要意义。本文分析了气象对防范化解重大风险的作用,阐述了习近平总书记关于防灾减灾救灾工作的新理念新举措新要求,并对充分发挥气象工作在防范化解重大风险中的作用提出了建议。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping has made a series of remarks on preventing the major risks that are the important parts of new thoughts of xi jinping Chinese socialism with characteristics under new era.Meteorological disaster takes accounts of 70%of natural disaster and is key to the task of disaster prevention.The paper analyses the role of meteorology in preventing major risks and also gives suggestions on how to fully play the function of meteorology.
