新中国法治政府建设经历了曲折艰辛的发展过程。十一届三中全会后我国逐步迈进依法治国之路,法治政府建设的号角重新吹响。改革开放以来,我国以法治国家、法治政府和法治社会为核心的民主法治建设取得巨大成就,作为其中重要组成部分的法治政府建设也取得了突破性进展。本文就法治政府建设的发展、成就、问题和未来进行阐发,回顾过去,艰辛曲折;喜看今朝,成就辉煌;静思不足,攻坚克难;展望未来,砥砺奋进。

The construction of Rule of Law government has undergone a tortuous and arduous process of development in China.After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh CPC Central Committee,China has gradually stepped into the road of governing the country by law.Since the reform and opening up,great achievements have been made in the construction of democracy and the rule of law in China,with the rule of law state,government and society as the core,and breakthroughs have also been made in the construction of the rule of law government as an important part of it.This article elaborates the development,achievements,problems and future of the construction of rule of law government,reviewing the history of making arduous and tortuous progress,summarizing the brilliant achievements at present gracefully,thinking thoroughly of the weakness,and looking forward to the future.
