药学干预对糖尿病合并高血压患者的药学干预及临床治疗评价

Pharmaceutical intervention and clinical treatment evaluation in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension

目的:探究药学干预对糖尿病合并高血压患者的药学干预及临床治疗评价。方法:笔者选取本院于2017年1月~2018年6月收治的确诊为糖尿病合并高血压的患者130例,按随机原则,分为对照组(n=65,运用常规临床治疗的方法)和干预组(n=65,应用药学干预的方法),观察治疗后两组血糖(餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖)和血压(舒张压、收缩压),以及不良反应发生率和不合理药物使用率。结果:治疗后干预组的餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖、舒张压以及收缩压均较对照组降低,同时,干预组的不良反应发生率和不合理药物使用率较对照组下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病合并高血压采取药学干预可以有效地帮助降低血糖、控制血压并且减少不良反应发生率和不合理药物使用率。

Objective:To explore the evaluation of pharmaceutical intervention and clinical treatment in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Method:From January 2017 to June 2018,the author selected 130 cases of patients,diagnosed with diabetes and hypertension in our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group(n = 65,using conventional clinical treatment) and Intervention group(n = 65,using pharmaceutical intervention plan),observing the changes of blood glucose(2 h postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose) and blood pressure(diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure),as well as the incidence of adverse reactions and unreasonable drug use rate in the two groups after treatment. Result:After treatment,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group. Meanwhile,the incidence of adverse reactions and unreasonable drug use rate in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the above data were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Pharmaceutical intervention for patients with diabetes and hypertension can effectively help patients to reduce blood glucose,control blood pressure and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and unreasonable drug use rate,which is of guiding significance for clinical work.
