摘要 目的:提高非整瓶(支)用量静脉药物集中调配准确率,保证用药安全。方法:运用PDCA方法,对我院非整瓶(支)用量静脉药物集中调配情况进行干预,并对比干预效果。结果:编写一份非整瓶(支)用量静脉药物集中调配规则;非整瓶(支)用量静脉药物医嘱调配差错从平均13件/月降至0件/月,调配效率从平均2min/组提高至1.5min/组,并可节省药师3人。临床服务满意度从2017年第一季度95%上升至2018年第四季度98%。结论:PDCA循环在非整瓶(支)用量静脉药物集中调配中运用,能显著降低调配差错提高效率,保证用药安全。 Objective:To improve the accuracy of non-whole bottle dose pharmacy intravenous admixture and to ensure the safety of patients.Methods:It was analyzed the situation of non-whole bottle dose pharmacy intravenous admixture in our hospital by PDCA circle and the effects of the intervention was compared. Results:One of non-whole bottle dose pharmacy intravenous admixture rules was finished;The errors of non-whole bottle dose pharmacy intravenous admixture decreased from average 13 pieces per month to 0;The efficiency of pharmacy intravenous admixture increased from average 2 minutes per group to 1.5 minutes and that saved 3 pharmacists.The satisfaction of clinical service increased from 95% in the first quarter of 2017 to 98% in the fourth quarter of 2018.Conclusion:The improvement of non-whole bottle dose pharmacy intravenous admixture in our hospital could reduce errors and increase efficiency by PDCA circle,to ensure patient safty.
