药师干预对血必净注射液临床合理用药的促进效果分析

Analysis of the effect of pharmacist intervention on the rational use of Xuebijing Injection

目的:探讨药师干预对医院合理使用血必净注射液的作用。方法:选取2018年1~12月我院实施药师干预期间采用血必净注射液的120例患者为观察组,以2017年1~12月在我院未实施药师干预期间的120例血必净注射液用药患者为对照组。观察组采取药师干预用药,对照组未予以药师干预。分别比较两组血必净注射液合理使用情况,两组不良反应发生情况以及患者满意度。结果:观察组血必净注射液使用指征合理率、使用剂量合理率以及使用疗程合理率分别为82.50%、91.67%、75.00%,均明显高于对照组的47.50%、64.17%、37.50%。观察组恶心、便血、腹泻、过敏性休克发生率分别为9.17%、0.83%、2.50%、0.83%,均明显低于对照组的20.00%、5.83%、9.17%、6.67%。观察组满意度为95.83%,明显高于对照组的85.00%。结论:药师干预可有效提高血必净注射液合理使用率,同时降低不良反应发生风险,提高满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of pharmacist intervention on rational use of Xuebijing injection in hospitals. Methods:120 patients who used Xuebijing injection during the period of pharmacist intervention in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as observation group,and 120 patients who did not use Xuebijing injection during the period of pharmacist intervention in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as control group.The observation group was intervened by pharmacists,but the control group was not intervened by pharmacists. The rational use of Xuebijing injection,adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group of blood will net injection using indications GeLiLv,using dose GeLiLv and treatment were 82.50%,91.67%,75.00%,47.50%,which were significantly higher than the control group of 64.17%,37.50%.Observation group of nausea,stool,diarrhea,anaphylactic shock incidence was 9.17%,0.83%,2.50%,0.83%,which were significantly lower than the control group of 20.00%,5.83%,9.17%,6.67%.The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than 85.00% in the control group.Conclusion:Pharmacist intervention can effectively improve the rational use rate of Xuebijing injection,reduce the risk of adverse reactions and improve patient satisfaction.
