2016～2018年某院20例头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠不良反应分析

Analysis of 20 Cases of ADR Induced by Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for injection from 2016 to 2018 In a Hosptial

目的:了解头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠不良反应(ADR)在我院的发生规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2016~2018年收集的20例头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠ADR病例报告进行统计和分析。结果:20例ADR患者中,男性9例(45%),女性11例(55%);ADR年龄段分布以老年人为主;一般ADR有12例(60%),主要表现为皮疹、瘙痒、腹泻、紫癜,发生时间在24h内;严重ADR有8例(40%),以凝血功能异常、肝功能损害、白细胞减少为主,发生时间波动在3~10d。结论:临床应严格掌握头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠适应症,实施个体化给药,继续加强头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠的ADR监测,提高临床合理用药水平。

Objective:To investigate the rule and characteristics of ADR induced by Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection,and to provide reference for drug use in the clinic. Methods: It analyzed and evaluated 20 ADR reports of Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection collected from 2016 to 2018 in a hospital. Results: Among 20 cases of ADR,it concluded 9 cases of male(45%)and female 11 cases(55%),the majority of ADR occurred in older. There were 12 light ADR,which main clinical manifestations were skin ranshes,itching,purpura and diarrhea,in addition to 8 serious ADR,which main clinical manifestations were coagulation abnormalities,hepatic Insufficiency and oligoleukocythemia. Conclusion: The indication of Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection should be strictly mastered by clinicians to provide individual medication. Continue to strengthen the monitoring of adverse reaction of antimicrobial agents and improve the level of clincical use of drug.
